Please NOTE:
- Items in unused and original condition are eligible within 7 days of your delivery date by mail with the original receipt/electronic receipt lookup.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.Â
- A small restocking fee will be charged for approved items.
- The return shipping fee is at your expense if you’re not our VIP member.
- Exchange your item(s) for an item of equal provided it is available or pay the difference for greater value.
- Final sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except for damaged/defective merchandise.

Returns by Mail:
- Contact us first indicating the quantity, item number, and reason code for your return(s).
- Securely pack your item(s) after your request is approved and drop off the package at the carrier of your choice.
- Once we have received and validated your returned parcel it will be processed into our system and a notification email will be sent to you. Any refund due to you may take up to 7 business days from our email to you confirming receipt and validation but our aim is to process refunds within 5 days upon receiving your items at our warehouse
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. It can take up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for funds to be credited to your account.

It normally takes up to 10* business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.
*During periods of high sales volume (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and other promotional events) it may take an additional 5-10 business days for us to process your returns once we receive it.
